• Q:Do I have to give my brunel Username
• A:Yes I will be emailing yourusername@brunel.ac.uk, so giving the incorrect user name will result in someone else getting the email
• Q:When you ask for password, do you mean my brunel password?
• A:No this would be high sercuirty risk, As for couple reasons the passwords aren't encrepted. As I look at them and set your ftp access up with them. So don't go using same password as your bank account or paypal on this website please
• Q:I have a portfolio already, but can I change to host with you?
• A:Of course you can, I will be happy to host you. Though if you was paying for hosting and you changing to me to save money remember its not free for me neither and the donation buttons loves to be touched.
• Q:I Don't Have a FTP program, does that mean no hosting for me?
• A:You most likely actually do have a ftp program, Internet Explorer has a inbuild one,(so does firefox but its a bit more limted) To make IE or FF use its FTP function just use type ftp:// followed by your link given in the email. To get a free good ftp program, try filezilla.
